Right of withdrawal

StageFront is offered to businesses (§ 14 BGB). A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers (§ 13 BGB). If a contract with a consumer is nevertheless concluded, the following applies in full.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, you must inform us (Davin Seidel, Humboldtstraße 55, 75175 Pforzheim, Deutschland, stagefront.support@gmail.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged a fee for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry

For a service contract, your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided performance began only after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right upon complete performance.

For a monthly subscription the service is normally not yet fully performed within the withdrawal period, so your right of withdrawal remains. You owe a proportionate amount only if you expressly requested that we begin before the period ended and we informed you of that consequence. Credits already used are counted as performance rendered.
